Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the design, development, unit testing, document and installation of internal applications, and works with minimal supervision or direction. Assists in preparing detailed specifications from which solutions will be developed. Ability to take a leadership position on technical development issues; acts as a resource to programmer analysts and application developers. Designs, codes, tests, debug, documents, and maintain programs. May be required to work and/or lead special projects or teams.
 

Required Qualifications:

  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • 2+ years experience with Pega. 
  • 2 years of experience with .NET Framework 2.0 or higher and C# 
  • 2+ years of SQL experience, including stored procedures; preferably Microsoft SQL Server
  • 2+ years experience developing in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Strong knowledge of Object Oriented design, design practices, and programming techniques
  • Work with IT and business to understand requirements Performing coding and testing of software solutions
  • Generate specifications for design and development from business requirements
  • Develop a unit test plan from the business requirements
  • Analysis of data formats and parsing of data
  • Aid in the design and development of databases
  • Participate in project management related to development efforts
  • Demonstrates leadership ability
  • Actively managing project work plan and resolving project issues


Preferred Qualifications:

  • C# ,SSIS, SQL, JavaScript, VBScript
  • Strong knowledge of MSOffice Suite of applications
  • Experience with ETL processes, Claims/PBM experience
