Our company is inquiring for a Helpdesk candidate to assist one of our federal clients located in Alexandria, VA. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and successful team. We are looking for an individual who can provide excellent customer support by identifying, researching, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues. This is a great opportunity to grow with the company. Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Associates Degree or higher
  • Customer service background preferred
  • 1-2 years of help desk experience preferred
  • IT experience preferred


  • Provide phone, email, web, and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems. 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software.
  • Ability to pick up new concepts easily with a passion to learn
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Answer all inbound calls to the customer support department
  • Identify issues defined by customers.
  • Logging case history and follow up on open cases for quality assurance and account retention.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
