Strategic Planner

Our Client is looking for a part time Strategic Planner, who knows how the federal government runs. This position is in support of the Federal Trade Commission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in government strategic planning, performance reporting, and performance metrics.

• Have a good working knowledge of government performance management requirements as they apply to non-CFO act agencies, including the Government Performance and Results Act, GPRA Modernization Act, OMB Circular A-11, and other relevant statutes and guidance.

• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft business applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.

• Strong preference for skills and experience facilitating strategic planning meetings.
