Responsibilities
- Implement a configuration management plan
- Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements
- Provide functional expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional capabilities for one or more applications within the Oracle HR and EBS environment
- Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts
- Develop requirements and process capabilities
- Manage creation and quality of deliverables
Clearance
- Active Secret
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM)
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
- 3+ years of experience serving as SME support
- 3+ years of experience with various testing methods
