Recruiting Manager
Hamdan Resources is looking for it's next great Recruiting Manager!
Hamdan Resources is a Veteran Owned Business. We are a full-service staffing agency that focuses on providing Contract-to-Hire, Project Based, Direct Hire, and Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) to our clients Nationwide. We specialize in placing professionals in the Technology/Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, and Recruiting/HR/Administrative fields, using top recruiting resources.
What you'll do:
- Source resumes
- Pre-screen candidates
- Schedule interviews and prepare interview materials
- Facilitate on and offsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Enter applications and interview notes into the applicant tracking system
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Work alongside HR Associates to facilitate new hire on-boarding
- Post positions and research new advertising opportunities
- Additional duties and special Recruiting projects as needed
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Are a self-starter who understands executing with urgency, and the ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements for this position.
- Knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniques
- Candidate sourcing and screening skills
- The ability to prioritize, manage time well, stay organized, quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
