Program Manager

Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager to join their Air Force team as the program manager. The ideal candidate would have prior Air Force experience (uniformed or civilian) and be local to the greater DC region. 

Role Description: 

The Air Force Program Manager will serve as the day-to-day programmatic interface between client and the Air Force coaching program team. In this capacity they will facilitate delivery of the end-to-end program lifecycle and assist the broader client team in ensuring all Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables are produced and delivered by contractual deadlines. 

Required Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of end to end program lifecycle
• Serve as administrative and logistical interface between customer and client
• Ensure all SOW deliverables are produced and delivered by contractual deadlines
• Assess program risk and take appropriate action to mitigate at the lowest level
• Track and monitor license utilization and engagement to ensure full partner ROI
• Deliver ad hoc customer reporting requests, as needed
• Collect voice of customer feedback (interviews and focus groups)
• Conduct knowledge management to keep account information up to date (SFDC, Catalyst, Google Drive)
• Work on-site per customer requirements; interface with Customer systems, integrate with government Program Team, send emails on behalf of the customer
• Develop and deliver organizational change management plan (stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, etc.)
