Job Description
We are seeking Registered Nurses - ICU to join our teams across the US. Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provide critical care nursing to patients with life-threatening illnesses or injuries. They work in a highly specialized and technologically advanced environment, monitoring and treating patients who require constant monitoring and care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patients' vital signs, hemodynamic status, and overall condition continuously.
  • Administer and monitor complex medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Operate and monitor specialized equipment, such as ventilators, dialysis machines, and cardiac monitors.
  • Provide life-sustaining measures, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient care, progress, and any changes in condition accurately and promptly.
  • Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain clinical competency in critical care.

Clearance
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required
  • Pass/possess VA Public Trust Clearance
     
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing.
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Critical Care Nursing certification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of critical care nursing principles, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Adherence to ethical standards, regulations, and hospital policies.
