Job Description
Our client is seeking a Functional and Testing SME to join their team. This is an onsite role in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Implement a configuration management plan
  • Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements
  • Provide functional expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional capabilities for one or more applications within the Oracle HR and EBS environment
  • Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts
  • Develop requirements and process capabilities
  • Manage creation and quality of deliverables

Clearance
  • Active Secret

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
  • 3+ years of experience serving as SME support
  • 3+ years of experience with various testing methods
